This service should not affect any software or data installed on your PC, unless it is infected with the threat. 

BPT-IT will not charge you if we cannot remove the threat. You will be contacted immediately if the machine will not boot or respond at all. In these circumstances you may need to totally re-install the operating system and software from your own CD's (usually supplied with the PC), if you do not have these then we can still repair it so don't panic, it just makes it alot easier for us.
